Job Description

Responsibilities Strategic:

  • Develop long term Sales Plan for the territory in line with Company’s vision including growth/market
  • share objectives
  • Channel development plan
  • Collection plan
  • Relationship management with all stakeholders
  • Develop territory service support plan

Responsibilities Operational:

  • Ensure complete delivery of Annual Sales Plan, for the assigned territory, in all aspects
  • Continuously monitor Sales & Collections performance
  • Sales channel management
  • Regular monitoring of market performance – Segment/Dealer-wise
  • Ensure compliance of SOPs
  • Ensure timely submission of periodic Sales reports

Key Result Area (KRAs):

  • Overall Revenue achievement
  • Channel expansion and maintenance
  • Accounts receivables
  • Market penetration – Share of market, distribution network etc.
  • Customer satisfaction
