Job Description

β€’ Should have strong technical knowledge about chemicals.

β€’ Have very good understanding of Chemical SDS sheet.

β€’ Know when and how to use inert gas while drum filling and while tank to tank transfers. 

β€’ Should have knowledge regarding cleaning chemicals

β€’ Should have knowledge on EHS (Environmental, Safety and Health) polices.

β€’ Should have knowledge of chemical labelling.

β€’ The person needs to understand business of cargo transfer.

β€’ He has to understand liquid commodities that are being imported by traders for reselling in the market

β€’ Need to target hinterland business

β€’ Need to identify small manufacturers who do not have drumming facility

β€’ Identify from the second hand IBC market who buys 2nd hand IBCs and sells used IBCs

β€’ Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.

β€’ Maintain a deep understanding of customers operations and determine technical needs.

β€’ Ensure the timely and successful delivering of our solutions to the customer.

β€’ Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities and discuss with reporting officer

β€’ Forecast and track key business metrics to develop individual business plan.

β€’ Assist and collaborate with other sales team members on opportunities related to your specific technical experience and knowledge

β€’ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

β€’ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

β€’ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

β€’ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

β€’ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

β€’ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

β€’ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

β€’ Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

β€’ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

β€’ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

β€’ Maintain a cordial relation between all units

β€’ No compromise on quality of work.

β€’ Have regular training schedules for his team under Plant head guidance. 

β€’ A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
