Job Description

  • Provide technical support to existing customers (Local & International) in terms of product specifications, samples, technical documents from the plant.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments like factory (production, dispatches and quality), R&D (for new molecules, applications and technical specifications), accounts (for billing and collections) etc
  • Prospecting for new customers through internet, references, existing database and new database within the company and visit.
  • Managing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieving targeted sales at defined margins would be critical for this role.
  • The role calls for a go getter with leadership skills.
  • Identify opportunities in the Local and international markets.
  • Follow up with International and local clients for orders, follow up, shipments, documentation, its submission, services, and payment.
