Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

Sales Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company goals. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, and customer referrals. o Present and promote products and services to potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. o Negotiate contracts, close sales, and handle customer objections.  

Collaboration and Communication : o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align marketing strategies with sales goals. o Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and marketing campaign outcomes.  

Lead Generation and CRM : o Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales. Monitor and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field.  
  • Fresher / Experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
