1. Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including but not limited to journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax laws, GST regulations, and other statutory requirements.
3. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other tax filings accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
5. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
6. Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
7. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation.
9. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
10. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting regulations, and industry trends.
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
12. Strong knowledge of GST, taxation laws, audits, TDS regulations, and compliance requirements.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
14. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

18. Cost accounting certification or equivalent qualification preferred
