Job Description

  • Quality Control Analysis: Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality specifications.
  • Instrument Operation: Operate and maintain analytical instruments, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and other laboratory equipment, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all testing and analysis conducted, following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret test results, identifying deviations from established standards and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
  • Method Validation: Participate in method validation activities, including the development and validation of analytical test methods.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and company SOPs.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to investigate and resolve quality-related issues, deviations, and non-conformities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
