Key Responsibility-
1. On-site Installation & commissioning

4. Coordinate with team and assign them for difference site accordingly
5. Responsible for closure of work order issued for on-site installation & commissioning of the equipment and generating
Spares, AMC leads.
6. Preparing quotation and updating other co related department.
7. Ensure pre-requisite checklist is sent to customer with cable schedule.
8. Ensure site visit confirmation is received from customer
9. Collect service-order as per service - order document list
10. Attend FATs along with Customer & ensure all the points are cleared before the dispatch
11. Ensure on-time (as per schedule) travel to site for Installation of Machinery
12. Facilitate meeting with customer on-site for understanding
scope of work
13. Facilitate shifting and de-boxing of Machinery
14. Coordinate with customer for proper arrangement of installation activity
15. Coordinate & Follow up with other Departments for short fall material.
16. Coordinate with Design, QA team for design or documents related issue
17. Coordinate with customer before & post the scheduled visit
18. Ensure on-time submission of Daily Site-Visit Report to reporting manager
19. Ensure on-time submission of Weekly Report to reporting manager
20. Ensure on-time submission of Monthly report to reporting manager
21. Timely discussion with Supervisor / HOD on previous site-visit status
