• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for website optimization. • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies for maximum online visibility and search engine ranking. • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO best practices. • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in rankings and traffic. • Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance website health, load time, and mobile optimization. • Work closely with web development teams to ensure the website structure and architecture support SEO best practices. • Track and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant metrics. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience (more than 3 to 5 years) as an SEO Analyst or in a similar digital marketing role. Note : • Proven SEO experience • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing. • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends) • Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite) • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Willingness to travel as needed
