Job Description

• Age: Upto 30 to 35 Years

• Analysing Customer needs, recommendation of products with technical presentation with benefits and growth of

business.

• Understand the paper chemical enquiries from prospective clients passed on by our Principal companies.

• Contact them and provide them with PDS/TDS, Product features paper coating chemical /release coating / PSA /

solvent chemical / crosslinker any other paper coating.

• Understand their product requirement, consumption.

• Offer them the best suited product with a quotation.

• Visits to these customers for business for products of Paper, Packaging, Chemicals

• Commercialize and generate revenues.

• Work online for more market research and share of the existing products, competition analysis.

• Forecast Sales goals based on analytics and implement sales plan for the company all over India.

• Attending and participating in product trainings and conferences and exhibitions.

• Understand the Paper chemical enquiries from prospective clients passed on by our Principal companies.

• Understand their product requirement, consumption & offer them the best suited product with a quotation.

• Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades.

• Travelling to different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range.

• Commercialize and generate revenues.

• Work online for more market research and share of the existing products, competition analysis, pricing & supply

strategies.

• Sampling & Documentation, Presentations.

• Conduct trials /guide customer for trials. Coordinate with Technical Salespersons of principle companies.

• Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones

• Follow up with existing customers for outstanding / future sales orders and payment.

• Coach, mentor & Motivate salespersons.

• Costing & Pricing.

• Sampling, Documentation & Presentations

• Assist in pilot trials with technical details of products

• Travelling is must.
