Job Description

Project Brief
AHU zoning, Pressure zoning, Classification
Preparation of quotes & design basis report of HVAC, Utility piping, etc services for turnkey project
Preparation of Heatload & Basis of Design for HVAC
Preparation of consumption sheet for Utility piping
Preparation of BOQ as per the design (if not provided by client or consultant).
Sending enquiries to different vendors and collection of Quotations.
Preparation of Quotes based on Offers received.
Techno-commercial Negotiations.
Vendor development & negotiations
Co-ordinating with vendor and other team members.
Preparing and presenting Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports to senior management.
File transfer to the planning team
Meeting with Client or site visit for better understanding of project
Working on excel, power point, MS office, Autocad
From Pharma/Hospital/Dairy /Machinery industry
