• Maintains receiving and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of the condition and location
• Handling responsibility as Main controller as per Emergency procedure
• Receive, inspect and store all stock and special order.
• Track inventory and maintain proper stock levels by devising appropriate amounts to assure adequate quantities are available
• Possess basic computer skills with the ability to use typical office programs.
• Ensure that all inventory transactions are properly documented in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Operate forklift and other basic lifts and labour-saving devices.
• Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures.
• Issue shared equipment maintained in the warehouse.
• Maintain the warehouse in a neat, orderly and efficient fashion.
• Prepare and preserve sales/dispatch related documents.
• Being an Safety committee member are responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing company's employee safety at work.
Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace. Improve workplace safety and employee productivity.
• Provide safety training as per the requirement and annual.
• Organize & attend the safety committee minutes of meeting in 6 months.
• Negotiate and control transportation / freight charges with transporter and keep cost low as possible
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of purchase/sales/dispatches/repack/scrap/disposed off material.
• Perform related tasks as required.
• Communication with service provider & performance monitoring for critical service provider
• Handling ISO Audit & Maintain its required Record as per ISO procedure.
• Present MRM data to MR/Management as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
