Provide technical and Functional support to Clients for Yardi Voyager and other Yardi
products as Rent Cafe, Orion BI among others.
Responsible for resolving all Yardi issues raised by the Client or coordinate with Yardi
support for completion.
Report, track and close Yardi issues/cases on Client Central on Client’s behalf.
Providing support and maintenance services for Yardi workflows and processes.
Assisting/Train Client’s team to resolve problems with existing Yardi workflows and
processes.
Create/Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for Client’s team.
Create/Import ETLs and train business in creating and import the ETLs.
Design, and develop Custom Reports, utility using Yardi YSR & adhoc Reporting Tool.
Prepare documentation to support system administrative functions and procedures
Identify process and system improvements and implement solutions to improve efficiency
and internal customer satisfaction.
Aid in data migration support from existing applications.
Will be responsible to track and update the assigned IT helpdesk tickets raised as per the
stipulated SLA.
Expected to understand business and functional knowledge of the customer business /
project
Assist in system architecture and design, database design
Studies existing codes; writes new codes; or modifies existing codes as instructed
Studies principles and techniques of programming and the work processes and methods of
the organization
To combine program modules into complete executable programs to test module
interaction for production purposes
To prepare flowcharts and block diagrams, and codes programs
Study (training) and acquire knowledge of new technologies and skills (software/hardware)
with existing ones as per project requirements
Performs unit testing of program modules. Assist in preparation of unit and module level
test plans
Responsible for test data / sample data
To learn to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information
systems
Will be actively involved in Live as well as Pilot projects
Required to study and understand completely the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
To work on wire-frames and user manual
Assist in effort estimations
Required to be involved in multiple projects and technologies, as and when required
Expected to do regular deployments, code freeze, UAT and source control
To assist in identifying, assessing the project risks and make efforts to mitigate the same
Resolve escalated issues/concerns and report the same to the immediate superior
To conduct / participate in regular client meetings and share project dashboard / status
updates on regular basis to the immediate superior
Provide DAR / Timesheet of all projects
Facilitate deliveries to customer within the specified schedule and quality
Responsible for technical documentation for the projects handled
