· Managing the company’s staff attendance, outdoor books etc both physically as well as through the attendance machine
· Issuing Letters of Offer / Appointment to new joiners
· Managing employee advances in tally with necessary deduction and keeping physical records.
· Monthly staff salary sheets and third party sheets to be maintained and coordinated for in Mumbai and out of Mumbai project staff
· All documentation managing with third party, including necessary filing that needs to be done
· Leave records to be managed of all staff in soft copy as well as organized files
· Maintaining holiday calendar of the company
· Managing employee exits- resignation/ FnF etc.
· Housekeeping-managing this through third party for all verticals of Company .
· Travel / cash vouchers of employees eligible for reimbursement to be checked, maintained and reimbursed.
· Administrative duties- Managing AMC bills, records of EMIs and Loans (car loans etc) taken by the company.
· Coordinating with accounts department for all necessary payments to vendors related to the above profile.
