· Generating profitable new business by managing leads development to sales tours to negotiation to closing of deals with prospective and existing clients for all product lines
· Networking with local market brokerage firms/agents

· Managing Brokers' & Clients' inquiries

· Evaluate all vendor agreements and invoices and organize contracts.
