- Servicing & Supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director
- Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.
- Taking dictations. Preparing presentations
- Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Calendar management / appointments.
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.
- Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies & software on both laptop and handheld devices.
- Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes, circulation and follow up actions.
