Job Description

 Hold complete ownership of overall Sales, for all Product lines, in both Revenue & Volume terms, for a given territory

 Channel development and management

 Collection of Receivables

 Assures the Company and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive

image to relevant stakeholders 

 Ensure complete delivery of Annual Sales Plan, for the assigned territory, in all aspects

 Continuously monitor Sales & Collections performance

 Sales channel management

 Regular monitoring of market performance – Segment/Dealer-wise

 Ensure compliance of SOPs

 Ensure timely submission of periodic Sales reports

 Develop long term Sales Plan for the territory in line with Company’s vision including growth/market share objectives

 Channel development plan

 Collection plan

 Relationship management with all stakeholders

 Develop territory service support plan
